If you’re not 100% satisfied with your new shoes you can return or exchange them within 30 Calendar days. Simply send them back or, better still, return them to any one of our four stores in Melbourne and receive a FREE biomechanic GAIT analysis from one of our Podiatry trained team members.

active feet have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee for all online purchases, provided the returns are unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.

  • You can return your purchase up to 30 days from date of dispatch
  • Products must be unworn, in the condition that you received them and in the original box and/or packaging that must also be in the condition that was received in

  • Return to any one of our four stores with proof of purchase

To return or exchange, simply:
1. Pack up your unworn shoes into its original shoe box/packaging
2. Place the shoe box with the unworn shoes into another satchel or return postage box
3. Place the completed returns and exchanges form inside of the package
4. Clearly label the package with the below address

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style you may do so, this is subject to availability of course*. Simply return your unwanted shoes to us unworn, in its original condition including original shoe box within 30 working days from the date of dispatch together with a completed copy of the online returns and exchanges form posted with your original package.

Exchange requests will only be dispatched when the goods have been returned in good order. 

Refunds

If, for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase online, we will happily provide you with a refund*. Simply return your unwanted shoes to us unworn, in their original condition including original shoe box within 30 working days from the date of dispatch together with a completed copy of our online returns and exchanges form.

A refund will not be processed if the goods returned do not comply with our returns policy.
Refunds are always processed using the original method of payment at the time of purchase within 1-2 working days of receiving the goods at our warehouse.

Pricing

All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax).
We do not price match with competitors.

Payment

Active Feet accepts payment via Zip Pay, Afterpay, Shopify Pay, APPLE PAY, Credit Card (Visa and MasterCard, AMEX). We do not accept cash on delivery, cheques, or money orders as online payment. When paying via Credit Card you will automatically be debited for your order.

Packaging of Returns

Returns must include the original packaging in the condition received, when returning the product use a page or a different box to cover the shoe box so to protect the packaging. If a return is made with labels or tap directly tapped onto the shoe box it will be rejected as damaged.
