Refunds

If, for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase online, we will happily provide you with a refund*. Simply return your unwanted shoes to us unworn, in their original condition including original shoe box within 30 days from the date of dispatch together with a completed copy of our online returns and exchanges form.

A refund will not be processed if the goods returned do not comply with our Returns Policy.

Refunds are always processed using the original method of payment at the time of purchase within 1-2 working days of receiving the goods at our warehouse.

Change of Mind Returns
If you wish to return an item due to change of mind, incorrect size, or preference, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Pricing

All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax).

We do not price match with competitors.
