Active Feet Health Update

To our Active Feet community, First, we hope you are all keeping safe and healthy in these extraordinary times of the pandemic. We, like many other small businesses are grateful for your ongoing support both in-store and online and are striving to deliver our very best to you with the inevitable changes. As a business that prides itself on the face-to-face service of its customers we understand the concerns, but rest assured we are here to help and are taking every precaution along the way. In keeping with recommended health practices our team members are continuing to be diligent in practicing hygiene through washing hands before and after each customer and the use of hand sanitizers. We have asked all team members to self-isolate if they display any symptomatic characteristics. No bad news so far and we hope we can keep it that way. Right now, we have made the following adjustments that are in-line with the current advice around the sensible steps to limit exposure to the COVID-19 virus: - Sanitation stations in each store for customers and team members - We’re disinfecting common surfaces (eg, door handles) more regularly to keep them sanitised - Encouraging our customers into an appointment-based service offer to limit the number of people in store at the same time - Encouraging customers to shop through our online store - Our online chat service and support has been bolstered to support enquiries through our multichannel options - A door-to-door fitting service available if necessary - We may limit store opening hours if necessary – our website and social media channels will keep you up to date As a locally owned business we are part of the community and hope we can all take the precautions to mitigate this extraordinary situation.
